“If one is walking through an alien jungle, one needs to be with someone who knows how to traverse that terrain without running into danger or going in circles. But the guide does not need to know where the two parties will emerge from the wilderness; he or she has only the means to make the journey safe.”

I offer a therapeutic space that is grounded, deeply attuned, and guided by compassion and respect. My goal is to create a relationship that feels safe enough for honesty, curiosity, and reflection—one where your experiences can be explored without judgment and where meaningful change can unfold over time.
I see therapy as a collaborative process rather than something done to you. Together, we work to develop a curious and compassionate understanding of your inner world—your emotions, patterns, and the stories you hold about yourself. By gently exploring both present challenges and past experiences, we begin to understand how your history has shaped you and how it may still be influencing your relationships and sense of self.
I often work with high-achieving adults and perfectionists, as well as individuals navigating life transitions, identity shifts, motherhood, and relational challenges. Many of my clients find themselves stuck in familiar patterns, seeking to heal from the past, or longing for a deeper connection to themselves and others.
I believe that insight and self-compassion are central to meaningful growth. As self-criticism softens, space opens for greater clarity, choice, and a more authentic relationship with yourself and the people in your life. You don’t need to have the “right words” or know exactly where to begin—therapy unfolds at a pace that honors your experience. My approach is relational, psychoanalytic, and trauma-informed.
